微流控細(xì)胞壓縮系統(tǒng)FX-5000C的優(yōu)點(diǎn):
1)產(chǎn)生高達(dá)14磅作用力的正氣壓力(最小力分辨率為0.1磅力)
2)在來(lái)自肌肉、肺、心臟、血管、皮膚、肌腱、韌帶、軟骨和骨骼的3D構(gòu)建或組織樣本中模擬的體內(nèi)組織應(yīng)變和頻率;
3)使用BioPress培養(yǎng)板或StagePresser顯微鏡設(shè)備在活塞和固定壓板之間壓縮樣品
4)在一個(gè)方案內(nèi)編程多個(gè)頻率、幅度和波形變化,頻率范圍從0.01到5.0Hz;
5)一個(gè)FX-5000微流控壓縮系統(tǒng)可以驅(qū)動(dòng)四個(gè)FlexLink控制器
