????ACQUITY?UPLC?HSS?C18柱是超高效通用性C18色譜柱,用于提供對堿性分析物的優(yōu)異峰形、提高保留(相對于ACQUITY?UPLC?BEH?C18柱),以及在低pH條件下的極長柱壽命。HSS?C18柱所表現(xiàn)出的選擇性與保留性與大多數(shù)現(xiàn)代全封端的硅膠C18色譜柱色譜行為較為相近。

ACQUITY?UPLC?HSS氰基柱適用于改善對堿性化合物的保留與峰形,并提供在低pH條件下的優(yōu)異峰形與柱壽命。它所采用的氰丙基配體提供低疏水性,可以快速分析強疏水性分析物,并可以靈活用于反相和正相色譜。

ACQUITY?UPLC?HSS?PFP柱為分析方法開發(fā)科學(xué)家提供了獨特、有力的選擇性工具(與直鏈烷烴固定相相比)。五氟苯基(PFP:Pentafluorophenyl,或又稱全氟苯基)配體提供多重保留機制包括:氫鍵作用、偶極-偶極作用、芳香性(π-π)作用,以及疏水(反相)作用,當(dāng)試圖分離異構(gòu)性的、芳香性的、或是鹵代的化合物特別有用。
